Are you a certified personal trainer?

Yes I am certified by the International Sports Sciences Association known as ISSA.

Do you train both men and women?

Yes the programs are designed for men and women.

Do you train teenagers for sports?

Yes I have been running a conditioning camp for the younger clients in my town for years to get them ready for their season. (Will need parent consent if under 18)

Do you provide home workouts?

Yes we have programs for home using bodyweight and if needed weights.

Do you provide personal training?

Yes we provide both personal training and small group semi-private workouts. You can set up a FREE session using the form below.
