This special program is for the individual looking to add some muscle gain. It consists of some circuits and heavier weights to add the size or lean mass you are looking for. “No matter the level of training you at, all exercises can be modified to push you in a safe manner.”

Golden Age Program

Program created for the mature individual looking to have more flexibility, energy or just staying more active. It also helps to focus on everyday activities like bending over, overhead reaching and stability.

Kids Program

Let’s face it video games are not here to help with our kid’s fitness but, are here to stay. It’s hard to find a gym that help train or show kids the right way of fitness. On this program kids from 9-13 years old can learn how to stay healthy and the basics of fitness while staying safe at the gym with bodyweight, resistance band, light weights 2-5lb and cardio. We focus on helping young kids build healthy habits now for their future.

Athlete Program

Specific program to help young or older athletes reach their next level of fitness. Whether you are looking to train for endurance, strength or speed this program will push you to your limits.
